At Design Formation we believe the Architecture and Construction work hand in hand and you cannot truly understand one without understanding the other.

Being creative is truly important to every member of our team. At Design Formations we strive to create the best environment for our team and in turn believe this impacts on their performance and creativity.

The team at Design Formation believes every project will leave a positive impact on its surrounding community and environment.

Above all we believe in team work and fair play.

Our Name

Design Formation is an architectural and building design firm originally registered by the late Pierre Draybi, whose legacy is honored through the firm's ongoing community-minded practice and leadership.

Since that event George Youssef our Director has registered the name of the business in the hope that one day he could continue Pierre's legacy. For this reason we strive everyday for exellence with charity at our heart.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Mr John Boumelhem

"George and the team were exceptional in designing an amazing duplex for my wife and myself. They took the time to get the exterior design and floor plan perfect to suit our needs. Then once the design was complete they were speedy in getting our CDC Approval over the line. I definitely recommend Design Formation to anybody who needs an architect’s services."

Mr Maroun Younes

"George and the Design Formation team brought our dream home into life, from a concept into reality. [...] They were very receptive to our needs, communication was strong and clear, and everything they did gave us the trust and assurance that we were dealing with a high quality team that put clients first. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, my wife and I made the best decision by going with Design Formation and if we ever need an architect again, we know who we'll turn to. It's so refreshing to deal with a team that have a can-do attitude and make things work. Thanks George and the team!"

Mr Tony Maroun

"George and his amazing team at Design Formation have completed two large scale projects for us to date, and, their level of customer service, attention to detail, and above all, their turnaround time with both these projects was second to none! Negin Tathiri is absolutely amazing and no task or request is ever too difficult for her. We have been so impressed by their work and their extensive experience in both design and advice on construction that we would unequivocally recommend. [...] We look forward to working with you in the future on many more projects!"
